Now that you have a basic musical foundation, and some experience playing the piano, we can start you on your long and exciting journey into contemporary music. 

'Contemporary Piano' is for those with a little bit of piano experience who wish to continue learning pop, theatrical, and jazz repertoire and technique. Our contemporary piano instructors will help take your skills to the next level. 

No matter what your age, it's always a good time to start learning to play the piano. At One Thousand Rivers, our one-on-one instruction and guidance will help you or your child achieve a greater understanding and appreciation for the instrument, and music over all.

We offer weekly lessons for beginner, intermediate and advanced players. For those who require a more robust training and practice style, we can accommodate with additional lessons and/or a broader ‘program’ approach.
